Ella: I'm sixteen, but I'll be seventeen soon.
Velca: Um... several thousand. I've actually lost count...


What's your height?
Ella: Five foot two... *blushes*
Nari: 160 centimeters or so.
Angharad: Five four.
Velca: Shorter than the average elf.
Mira: ...more hands than my horse...


Are you a virgin?
Nari: Of course!
Ella: Yeah.
Velca: I don't believe that's any of your business.
Mira: I'm a bit too young not to be, don't you think? Certain people don't agree, which is why I ran away.
Angharad: Um...no.


Who's your mate/spouse?
Mira: Someone would like to be (or rather our parents would like him to be), but I'd rather eat rotten onions. Have you noticed how much they smell like sweat?
Nari: Eew... he must be horrible! Oh, uh... I don't have a mate. Even if I wanted one, it wouldn't be allowed.
Ella: I wish it was Dan... but I haven't got one.
Angharad: Don't have one - I'm too independent, I guess.
Velca: My father scared away all my boyfriends when I was young, so I kind of gave up.


Do you have any kids?
Ella: No, I am a kid!
Mira: Me too.
Nari: Same.
Angharad: No.
Velca: No, but I have a ton of brothers and I used to babysit the younger ones. Does that count?


What's your favourite food?
Angharad: Don't even get me started, there are so many!
Velca: Persimmons. I grow them myself!
Mira: Ooh, I love persimmons!
Nari: Chocolate!
Ella: Pasta.


What's your favourite ice cream flavor?
Nari: Beebleberry.
Ella: Coffee.
Angharad: Cherry Garcia.
Velca: Raspberry sorbet is nice.
Mira: Mint chip, because it matches me! It's green and brown, and I have green eyes and brown hair. *grins* *others give her weird looks*


Have you killed anyone?
Velca: No, in fact I've worked hard to avoid such situations.
Ella: Do I look like an Azkaban inmate? Didn't think so.
Mira: I killed a mushroom... it was definitely alive! It had eyes. And fangs!
Nari: No, but I'll probably have to someday. It goes with the job.
Angharad: Well, yes.


Do you hate anyone?
Mira: Yeah, Tutto! And I'm pretty mad at my parents, too, but I guess I don't really hate them.
Ella: Slytherins.
Nari: Not really.
Angharad: Evil people!
Velca:I suppose so, but I hate taking sides.


Have any secrets?
Mira: Apparently there's a prophecy about me! Isn't that cool? Oops, now it's not a secret anymore...
Ella: No more than usual.
Nari: Yeah, I tend to keep things inside.
Angharad: Yeah, sure.
Velca: Lots. And I intend for them to remain secrets, so don't ask.


Do you love anyone?
Ella: Dan! He's cute and nice and witty and smart and ... *blabs on and on* *others glare at her*
Mira: Well, I did meet this boy... he doesn't seem to like me that much, though.
Velca: My family.
Angharad: Not romantically. I'm very attached to Hal, though - he's my familiar.
Nari: I guess you could say I love Theran, in a father/older brother way.


What is your job?
Ella: Student witch.
Mira: Princess... blech!
Velca: I don't really have one...
Angharad: I'm a chef!
Nari: Apprentice to the guardians of peace and justice in the galaxy - or a scary cult, depending on your point of view.


What do you do to relax?
Angharad: I cook.
Nari: I meditate.
Mira: Ride my horse, or explore in the woods. Or explore in the woods with my horse!
Velca: Tend my garden, or play music.
Ella: Go for a fly.
